In the rush of life, it’s easy to disconnect—from the world around us and even from ourselves. This virtual session is an invitation to pause. To breathe. To reconnect with the calming, grounding energy of nature; even if you’re indoors.

Together, we’ll slow down, explore simple ways to notice and experience the natural world, and gently shift from doing into being. No special tools needed—just your presence and maybe a window, a houseplant, or a found leaf. Yes, I'd love for you to bring a piece of nature with you to this session. Whatever calls to you even if it's a piece of fruit or a vegetable!

This is a time for you. To rest and reconnect with your calm center.
