A 90-minute session to unplug from the year-end busyness and reconnect with yourself through color and silence.

Step away from the holiday hustle, the constant demands, and the pressure to "wrap up" your year perfectly. This is a space where you don't have to do anything except show up and be present.

We'll gather in the Carriage House at Wishing Star Farm for a gentle grounding to ease you into the space and then enter into a gentle conversation about unplugging and rest. From there, you're invited to move through the session at your own pace - coloring, sitting in silence, reflecting quietly on the year behind you, or simply resting in the stillness. There's no real agenda, no structure to follow, no "right way" to do this. Just space held for you to unplug and let yourself simply be.

Bring your favorite coloring supplies or use what's available. There will be coloring pages and pencils, crayons, etc... provided.

Join fellow humans seeking the same thing you are: space to breathe, reflect, and remember who you are beneath all the doing.

What to Wear: Comfortable clothes for sitting on chairs or cushions on the floor.

Where to Meet: Join us in the Carriage House.

What to Bring:

• Water or other beverage for hydration...tea, cocoa, whatever works for you.

• Blanket or whatever you want to bring to be comfortable throughout our time together.

• Your own coloring book and supplies if desired. (there will be coloring pages, pencils, crayons and other materials there for you to use.)
