Whether you’re looking to recharge and unwind once, or to make nature connection a regular part of your presence practice, we can customize a walk that fits your goals.

What should I expect?

You’ll ditch the hustle and bustle of everyday life and embrace nature’s pace. Expect a slow, peaceful, immersive walk – in green spaces, parks, or by water – with mindful activities to deepen your connection. This is your chance to unwind, breathe deep, and be present. We’ll guide you through exercises (solo, paired, or group) to deepen your connection with nature and the present moment.

This walk in nature is designed specifically for cancer survivors, those currently undergoing treatment, or anyone navigating a health diagnosis and its lingering effects. Whether newly diagnosed or a long-term survivor, this slow, mindful walk offers gentle movement & nature immersion to help reduce stress and boost mood. Disconnect from technology & reconnect with yourself in a supportive space.

This walk is for you if:

  • You’re interested in mindfulness practices to support your well-being.
  • You crave a supportive space to connect with nature and yourself.

Length: 60-minutes to 3 hours

Open/Public Walk
