You’ll be invited to participate in a series of connection activities designed to help you engage more fully with your surroundings. Welcome to our nature connection walk! During this experience, we will be intentionally focusing on connecting and re-connecting – with ourselves and with others. Our aim is to create a space where everyone can be present in the moment and engaged in activities that foster deeper connections. We believe that the more connected we are to ourselves, the better equipped we are to show up for others. Throughout this walk, we will be exploring the many ways being present can help us form more meaningful relationships. So, let’s take this opportunity to connect with nature, connect with ourselves, and connect with each other.
